Confidence is fundamental to my work as an actress. Actors often face challenging moments: audition rejections, creative blocks, difficulty finding opportunities… In these situations, self-doubt creeps in: “I’m not cut out for this,” “I’ll never find work.” Working with Carles helps me return to my roots, reconnect with my motivations and strengths as an actress, and strengthen my confidence in both my craft and my abilities.
